Once you have added your handwritten or digital signature, please save the document by selecting the Save option on the PDF toolbar.

You may use either a handwritten or digital signature. However, please ensure the document is not edited once the digital signature has been applied, as this may invalidate the security.

To sign using a USB Token or the Windows Certificate Store, please use the Gravixia Desktop app. These signing methods are restricted to the desktop environment to comply with Microsoft’s security protocols.

Network cryptography is scheduled for rollout in 2026, while Aadhaar-based signature support will be introduced in our very next release.

Our platform supports customized Microsoft Word templates for your signing workflows. When using the Bulk Sign feature, any uploaded DOCX files are automatically converted to PDF format before signatures are applied. For your convenience, the system accepts both PDF and DOCX files for bulk processing.

All documents are protected within the secure Gravixia cloud vault. For Enterprise clients, we offer the added flexibility of hosting your data directly within your own organization’s cloud environment.

We currently support SharePoint Online for saving documents directly to your organization’s network. Additionally, Google Drive integration is scheduled to be introduced in our next release.
