1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Gravixia software platform ("Service"), you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and enterprise organizations accessing the Service under any subscription plan — Standard, Business-Basic, or Enterprise.

2 Description of Service

Gravixia provides a comprehensive eSignature and digital document management platform that enables users to:

• Apply handwritten and digital eSignatures to documents using USB tokens, smartcards, certificate stores, or Aadhaar-based authentication.
• Collaborate on documents with multi-party signature workflows and Track Change Mode review.
• Store documents securely within your organization's private network or Gravixia's Cloud Vault Storage.
• Perform bulk eSigning and automated PDF conversions.
• Access the platform across Web, Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux), and Mobile (Android) applications.

The features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased. Gravixia reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable prior notice to active subscribers.

3 User Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify Gravixia of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security at support@gravixia.com. Gravixia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Users must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction to create an account and agree to these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4 Subscription Plans & Billing

Gravixia offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as per the plan selected at time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your account prior to the renewal date. Gravixia reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice communicated to the registered email address.

Flexible weekly add-on credits are available at $1.99 per document for users requiring documents beyond their plan allocation.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Service to forge, falsify, or fraudulently sign any document.
• Upload, store, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without explicit written authorization from Gravixia.
• Use the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive software into the platform.

6 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Gravixia platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned exclusively by Gravixia or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Service beyond the limited license to use the platform as described herein.

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the signatures you apply. By using our Service, you grant Gravixia a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your documents solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Gravixia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAVIXIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF GRAVIXIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Gravixia's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

Gravixia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy tab for information regarding what happens to your data and subscription upon cancellation.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gravixia is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11 Changes to These Terms

Gravixia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least fifteen (15) days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
